Welcome to Leary Media Productions (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a photography session, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit (if applicable) may be required to secure your session date.

  • Remaining balances are due on or before the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made by the client may result in loss of the deposit.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

  • Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a fee.

  • Weather-related or emergency rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

3. Session Policies

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may reduce the length of the session without reducing the fee.

  • Specific location permits (if required) are the responsibility of the client. We can assist with guidance, but permit fees are not included in session pricing.

  • The photographer reserves the right to stop or refuse a session if unsafe or inappropriate behavior occurs.

4. Image Delivery

  • Clients will receive edited digital images within 2–4 weeks of the session, unless otherwise stated.

  • Number of images delivered will depend on the package chosen (e.g., 15–20 images for the Holiday Card Package).

  • RAW or unedited files are not provided.

5. Prints & Products

  • Custom holiday cards, canvases, and other printed products may be offered as add-ons.

  • Prices for printed products (e.g., holiday cards $1.50 each) are subject to change based on material costs and supplier availability.

6. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All images are the intellectual property of Leary Media Productions and are protected by copyright law.

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing on social media, and personal use.

  • Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

  • With client consent, select images may be used in our portfolio, marketing, or social media.

7. Liability

  • While every effort is made to provide safe, professional services, we are not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur during a session.

  • In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, liability is limited to rescheduling the session or refunding payments made.

8. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring all participants (family, couples, groups) are prepared, dressed, and ready at the scheduled time.

  • Children and pets must be supervised by a parent/guardian/owner during the session.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado.
